Looking for Some Childcare to Give You a Night Away From the Kids?

Apr 22, 2021

Hi everyone! My name is Rachael and I am the founder of UNAnannies.

This blog is going to be particularly important for everybody who is using a date night subscription, and it is just going to be three ways that we need you to be getting in touch with us and what the new restrictions being lifted means for your bookings.

Firstly, we anticipate that things are going to get quite a bit busier than what we have seen in the last couple of months as the outdoor beer gardens start to open. We experience more nice weather. We have had lots of new families come on board. And while we have an ever-growing nanny team, we are only able to offer the maximum capacity that our team can deliver. So, with regards to making your date night, evening, and weekend bookings, please get those to us as far in advance as you can, so we can make sure that we can do our best to accommodate those bookings for you.

The second thing is that if you are someone who has heard about our date night package or you have been recommended to us, the sooner you can get yourself signed up for that, the better. I definitely do not want this to feel like a hard sell. But as I was saying with our ever-expanding services across the area and as we are taking more families on, we are only as good as our team.

Even though our team increases week on week, our availability is limited to the nannies that we have available to cover those evening and weekend bookings. If you know that you are going to be looking for childcare for your date night, evening, weekend bookings, and looking for that sort of cover, get in touch with us as soon as possible to find out what packages we can offer and how we may be able to help you. Again, this means that you will be able to get your bookings to us as conveniently as possible. Hopefully, you will not be left struggling for cover if you want to get out to a beer garden.

Finally, I think this goes a little bit without saying, but if at any point in the future, you, a family member, or your nanny is scheduled to take your booking display signs or symptoms of COVID-19, and are unable to get a test to provide a negative test result, and you have been asked to isolate, it will be the case that your booking would be unable to go ahead as we are duty-bound to keep everybody safe and to limit the spread of infection where possible. So if there is any sign or symptom, you would need to let us know. Likewise, we would let you know at the earliest opportunity if there was a reason that we were unable to provide you with care.

We are really excited to start taking your bookings again. We are really looking forward to it as I am sure all of you are. Things are starting to open up and feeling a bit more normal. But we do have a duty of protection and care to you and your families and our wonderful team of nannies. Hopefully, we can all continue working together to keep each other safe and have a great summer and rest of 2021!
